If you are having troubles with the app and you couldn't find a solution in the Troubleshooting article and want to send a diagnostic report so our developers can analyze the issue, you can do it from within the app by going to the "Settings" panel under "Report an issue". When you tap to report the issue, a pop-up window will appear asking you for your email address.


If you want to have an immediate reply or solution to your problem, send us an email through https://support.airnavigation.aero . We usually answer support requests within a couple business days.
