When using a pressure source for the altitude, "(baro)" will appear next to ALT instead of "(gps)" in the bottom bar.

Since the altitude of the barometer has to be corrected by the actual atmospherical pressure, the QNH can be changed in Air Navigation Pro. This will have an effect on the altitude display.

You can change this setting manually by tapping on QNH on the bottom bar or automatically download the QNH information of the nearest weather station via internet. This last option is set by default in Air Navigation Pro.

A message will appear with a timestamp of when this information was downloaded for the last time. You can also press on the arrow to refresh this information manually.

You can change the unit of the QNH under "Configuration - Settings - Units".
