Es kann jedoch für die ADF Navigation sehr nützlich sein. Der obere Teil ist der ADF-Indikator. Die gelbe Nadel zeigt in Richtung des gewählten Wegpunkts im Verhältnis zur Längsachse des Flugzeugs. Die Kompasskarte kann durch eine auf oder abwärts Berührungs- und Wischgeste links oder rechts vom Indikator manuell gedreht werden. It can still be of value for practicing ADF navigation. The top part is the ADF indicator. The yellow needle is pointing towards the selected waypoint that corresponds to the longitudinal axis of the aircraft. The compass card can be manually rotated using touch and swipe up/down gesture on the left or the right of the indicator. This way you can set the ADF to the magnetic heading. Below the main indicator the name of the active waypoint is displayed as well as the distance from the waypoint (great circle distance) and GPS accuracy. It is possible to select any kind of waypoint (Airports, VOR, NDB, etc) as an ADF target waypoint unlike with a real ADF which requires NDB or AM transmitters as waypoints. You can select a new waypoint from the database with the blue disclosure button on the bottom part of the instrument. L’aiguille jaune est pointée vers le point de navigation sélectionné en relation à l’axe longitudinal de l’appareil. L a partie compas peut être réglée manuellement en touchant et glissant l’indicateur de haut en bas. De cette façon, vous pouvez régler l’ADF sur une orientation ou direction magnétique. En dessous de l’indicateur, le nom du point de navigation sélectionné est affiché ainsi que la distance (grand cercle). A droite se trouve le symbole de précision du GPS. Também pode ser útil para praticar navegação ADF. A parte de cima é o indicador ADF. A agulha amarela está apontando para o waypoint selecionado relativo ao eixo longitudinal do avião. A bússola pode ser girada manualmente deslizando os dedos para abaixo/acima, à direita ou à esquerda do indicador. Desta maneira se estabelece o curso magnético para o instrumento ADF. Abaixo do indicador principal, o nome do waypoint atual selecionado é exibido, assim como também a distância a partir dele e a precisão do GPS.
